Her work spans high-stakes leadership in India's federal services and consulting on inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and culture change for global institutions like the World Bank Group, IFC and USAID.
Drawing from deep expertise in human behavior, adult learning, and cross-cultural dynamics, Vandana designs and facilitates context-sensitive solutions that elevate individual and organizational effectiveness.
Vandana holds a master’s degree in chemistry and is a Certified Executive Coach through an ICF- accredited program. She is a Delta Leadership Coach, certified in the Six Domains of Leadership Assessment Framework developed by Duke University, and has completed advanced training in Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management at Georgetown University and the Human Interactions Lab at the NTL Institute.
