Tejumade currently serves as the assistant director of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership and Ethics (COLE). Her leadership philosophy centers on three fundamental principles: leading with empathy, managing with clarity, and coaching with purpose. These values shape her thoughtful approach to developing established and emerging leaders through purposeful coaching. Using the Six Domains of Leadership Model and Survey, she guides leaders on a journey of self-reflection and discovery, helping them understand how they are perceived, how they show up, and how their intentions and behaviors are interpreted.
