Sandra is the President of L2T Global Consulting, LLC (L2T), an executive leadership, career coaching and training firm certified as a Women-Owned Small Business. She coaches executives from various backgrounds in areas of leadership development, career exploration and change management. Sandra builds trust and partners with high potential professionals and leadership teams to drive positive transitions and transformations to help clients achieve targeted results and operate at their best in today’s competitive and global markets.
Sandra coaches and delivers training either in English or Spanish while also speaking French. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University. Sandra is certified to interpret the Six Domains of Leadership Survey (SDLS), an online 360° leadership assessment tool that gathers data on perceptions of a leader from a variety of perspectives. She uses the survey results to help individuals enhance their leadership skills, and their interactions with supervisors, peers, and direct reports.
