Rich Holcomb is a seasoned senior leader and coach. He recently retired from a 43-year military and federal service career dedicated to service to our Nation that included US Army infantryman, chief financial officer for a cabinet level federal agency, chief financial officer for the US Army’s largest command, and civilian deputy to the commander for a three-star general officer special operations command. Rich is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and is a Six Domains of Leadership Model™ (SDLM) certified coach. He has coached emerging Department of Defense senior leaders for the last six years with great success across the spectrum of challenges leaders face including work-life balance, self-confidence, assertiveness, individual/organizational well-being, and team building.
Rich is now focused on time with his Family, sustaining and strengthening his well-being, and helping people.
