Geoff has been an Executive Coach for the past 30 years. He is a Founding Member Board Certified CCE Executive Coach. Prior to his formal coaching career, he is the founder and president of multiple companies, ranging from package delivery companies, financial management, not for profit, garden design and build, and two Leadership and team development organization. He was adjunct staff at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC, and is now adjunct at the Duke Leadership Development programs at the Fuqua Business School. Geoff is a Division One scholarship athlete and has been involved in leadership and high performing teams for most of his life.
